Operating 365 days a year, the Homeless Shelter provides a safe, clean environment for men who want to escape the loneliness and danger of living on the streets.
Every evening we provide a full array of services for our Shelter guests:
A delicious, hot dinner served in a meticulously cleaned dining room,
A chapel service presented by volunteers that shares the Gospel message
of God's love and mercy,
A heated and air-conditioned dormitory,
Bathroom facilities and toiletries so everyone can shower and shave,
A warm, comfortable bed with fresh linens,
A nutritious breakfast the following morning,
A sack lunch to take and eat during the day,
A place to safely store personal possessions overnight,
Counseling and encouragement from our staff,
Special holiday meals and celebrations,
The feeling of safety and security that comes from knowing that our
caring staff are there to protect them.
Admission to the Homeless Shelter is on a first-come, first-served basis. A guest may keep his bed for as many nights as he needs it, as long as he abides by the Homeless Shelter rules.
